为本科生讲授《物理化学》和《结构化学》主干课,《化学与美好生活》和《化学前沿》等通识课。为国际留学生讲授《General Chemistry》英语课程。

为硕士和博士研究生讲授《结构与物性》、《催化反应动力学》、《催化剂设计》和《催化前沿》等课程。

本人自1992年开始从事多相催化和表面结构化学研究。在美国工作期间作为主要成员参与多个美国能源部资助的项目。2010年回国后,主持国家自然科学基金2项,省部级基金6项和重大横向基金3项。已在国内外化学化工期刊发表SCI论文120余篇,工作得到国内外同行的关注,已被引用近2200次。其中第一编辑或通讯编辑论文被引用1100余次。在环境保护催化、清洁能源催化、多相催化、稀土催化、多形貌纳米催化和表面结构化学领域取得了一定的进展。多次受邀请在国际、国内会议做大会报告,主题报告或担任分会主席。在美国工作期间,曾在世界500强,美国巴斯夫催化剂企业(BASF Catalysts, LLC, USA)担任Research Chemist,带领团队参与工业催化剂的研发,具有开展工业应用研发的经验。
